Do. Invite them to your party. I think that's a very cool idea and one that you could leverage in your own "power of social media" story.
And invite the two guys who did the "coke and mentos" thing, too. Now THAT would be a party.

Don't forget the guys from the Agency.com Subway video. These guys obviously don't have kids. Why has time for treadmill let alone treadmill dancing.
