Scintillate, scintillate
Globule vivific
Fain would I fathom
Thy nature specific
Loftily perched
In the ether capacious
Strongly resembling
A gem carbonaceous
Scintillate, scintillate
Globule vivific
Fain would I fathom
Thy nature specific

Yeah, but can you sing it? And even if you could, wouldn't one of your smart kids think you're talking about hawking a loogie?
Yes, it can be sung, and is especially effective sung a la Kiri te Kanawa. No-one thinks it's anything but funny. Quite witty too, kudos to the paraphraser.
It definitely can be sung because it's Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star with different lyrics.
Absolutely it can be sung! It's how my grandfather taught me the tune to Twinkle Twinkle, thirty-nine years ago. How I loved that scientific man!
Can someone please translate for me please
I was going to attempt an explanation when I found this http://quezi.com/4889
